THE Book of S.H.E: A Transformation of Success, Healing & Emergence
I had the pleasure of emceeing the film screening of “THE Book of S.H.E” at the IMAX® Theatre at TELUS World of Science – Edmonton, an event celebrating both Black History Month and Women’s History Month. This special evening showcased the artistic journey and personal stories of ten BIPOC female entrepreneurs, captured through Natalie Meyer’s unique body paint art book. I facilitated a panel discussion, engaging with the creators and subjects to delve deeper into their experiences of struggle, healing, and success.
My Body My Business
Hosted by Tfoundhervoice, “My Body My Business” created a safe space for women of all shapes and sizes. We engaged in deep conversations about fat shaming, body image, and the cultural nuances of growing up in ethnic homes, promoting acceptance and self-love.
