I am the founder of TFoundHerVoice and the creator of Deep Throat Conversations, a live panel series focused on mental health, relationships, identity, and emotional honesty.
As a professional event host and MC, I have experience moderating community panels and facilitating meaningful conversations that center lived experiences, vulnerability, and authenticity.
My work is deeply rooted in my personal journey of healing from childhood sexual trauma, which inspired my commitment to creating spaces where people feel safe to share openly, honestly, and without judgment.
Through my events, I bring together diverse voices to explore topics that are often left unspoken, with the goal of breaking stigma, building understanding, and fostering genuine human connection.
I believe in the power of storytelling, community dialogue, and truth-telling as essential tools for healing, empowerment, and personal growth.

It represents my own journey of healing through storytelling, a path I continue to walk every day. Through sharing my experiences and embracing vulnerability, I have found healing, understanding, and purpose. Speaking my truth has not only been a source of personal growth and healing, but it has also become the foundation of every event, conversation, and gathering I host. My goal is to foster a community where authenticity is welcomed, difficult conversations can happen without judgment, and people can connect through the power of shared experiences.
I believe that when we create safe spaces for truth-telling and dialogue, we open the door to healing, empowerment, and meaningful change, both individually and collectively.
